Hello All, My name is Sally Dunst and I am the owner of apartment number 42 on the second floor at Dunsmuir Apartments. I recently received the complaint letter about the noise coming from my apartment. I recently experienced leakage in my bathroom where the water from the toilet started seeping onto the floor. Since my apartment is a 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom apartment it was difficult for me to use the bathroom and the leakage had started damaging the flooring. I spoke to the building contractor and he found many other problems with the bathroom pipeline and suggested renovating the whole bathroom at the earliest so no problems would come up in the future. I sincerely apologize for the noise due to renovation works. I understand it can be quite frustrating at times. After having a discussion with the contractor he said the bathroom renovation would take two more days if worked for 6 hours each day. The contractors would work from 11 am to 5 pm keeping in mind that it's not too early and not too late during the day. Please let me know if this proposition is not feasible or do not hesitate to contact me if there are any further concerns. Again I apologize in advance for any hindrance. Sincerely, Sally Dunst
