Dear Madam, I am Alina Granger and I apply for the airport. On July 22, 2021, I went to the business trip to New York on 7 flight. Unfourtenly I hava faced some problems on tge flight and airport. I am sorry to inform you that there's servise wasn't good and flight was terrible. I was shocked at seats were hard and made unconvinients to on the flying. Nitbonly these and stewardesses are rude and impolite. I have suggest that you should make better your servises. Also I lost my lugagge I couldn't found them after the flight and called to managment and they found my luggages after long times about two days. Please make better your serves.
