Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing this letter to know more about the construction of a shopping complex which is planned to be built adjacent to my residence. I have a few concerns, which I initially discussed with our neighbor and thought it should be shared with you. I first heard about the construction from my neighbor and later read an advertisement board down the street. It is obviously a good plan of developing a shopping complex and making the area more commercial. It will also helpful for us buy any kind of grocery and other requirements. With many positive outcomes, I am also concerned about the traffic congestion that it will lead to. The residential roads are itself narrow, and the road is wide enough to accommodate two cars. I would also like to know more about the expansion of the road to avoid traffic jams around the corner and any other development plans around. Request you to take this into consideration.
