Dear sir /madame, Iam writing to you, to express my annoyance on the experience that I have had with my grand father of our previous museum's visit on the last weekend. I really hope you consider my situation favorably. Let me describe and clarify the situation in more details, my grand father asked me to take him to the museum so that we would discover the recent portraits you have lately bought, unfortunately my grand father as an elderly person has a lot of difficulties in walking, thing that make the tour very rough, especially that the museum do not provide special facilities such as elevator or chairs for the elderlies, even if it consider one of the biggest museums in the city, as a result we couldn't continue to the up stairs and we just stayed at the ground floor. I would appreciate it if you give more attention to the elderlies and the disabilities people to make them feel more comfortable, consequently they will enjoy thier time. And for that i suggest to offer a number of chairs every where and an elevator as well as build more toilettes. Thank you for your consideration Sincerely, John smith
