I am one of your recent customers and am writing this letter to thank one of the staff members that helped me when my MacBook was acting weird and lagging all the time.
Upon calling your company, Spongebob received the call and suggested that I need to ship my laptop for further maintenance. He then told me all the steps that I need to do, stayed with me on the call until I posted my laptop at the post office, and even recommended me the perfect shipping method.
I just got my laptop back yesterday and Spongebob literally contacted me again to make sure that it works fine. Although I did fill the survey, I thought that I give you extra heads up on how good Spongebob’s work in the customer service.
