Dear Hanna, Hope this letter finds you in good health and the best of spirits. I am writing this letter to let you know about my new residence and to invite you over to here. As you may be aware of, Kerala is suffering from frequent floods during rainy season. My old residence has been frequently prone to this natural calamity as it was situated in a lower area. I thought to shift to Kakkanad to protect myself and my family from this fatal calamity. My new apartment is situated as just 2 kilometres from Infopark. It is a peaceful place with a lot of trees and plants around. The facilities of a city along with the calmness of a village can be enjoyed at the same time. It also has a beautiful park nearby to rejuvenate our minds and it fills us with positive vibes. I wholeheartedly invite you to stay at my home for a few weeks.
