Dear Ms. Granger, I hope this letter find you in radiant health and in good spirit. The purpose of writing you letter is to discuss a query, There are loud noises coming out of your resident specially late night. I am your neighbor living just below your apartment in room number 221. My problem is that there are loud music noises always coming from your residence for last couple of months, Which is very annoying. It disturbs our sleep after long working day. Me and my wife always feel exhausted in the morning since the problem has begun. I hope you will understand my query. In best of every one's interest, I would suggest you to keep all the loud noises kept low or only herd in your vicinity, Hoping to get a favorable response from you. If no appropriate initiative is taken in this matter, I am only left with one option that is to complain about you to the owner of the property and ask him to change your apartment to far corner place in the building which is completely vacant.
