Dear Mr. Brown Thank you so much always for supporting me to organise my classroom with advice. I am writing to inform you about my decision. I have decided to leave work in the end of December this year. It was very difficult to make a decision about quitting a childcare job because I have been in Early childhood industries for 10 years. It has been worth working with my great colleagues in there. However, I am hoping to challenge primary school job from next year. I have learnt about a lot of things such as importance of supporting children’s holistic development, promoting relationships with children, families and co-workers, how to deal with challenging behaviour. I would feel sad when I leave the centre but I will never forget everything that I have learnt. To apply for a new job, I will need a letter of reference.
