I have compiled the feedback from customers: - The bedroom and the bathroom pretty small and dark. - The air conditioning doesn’t work. - The sitting room doesn’t have enough furniture, just one old sofa and no desk. - Outside is noisy. - The pool is small and the water isn’t clean. - The gym has no equiment. - The beack is so far and have many people. - Lack of important channels. To be able to meet the needs of customers and maintain prestigious company, I want to meet Director of Marketing to discuss about these problem and High-Style Business Rental’s future advertising policy.
