Dear Sunil I hope all is well with you. As per plan, we are meeting on this Sunday and I am writing this letter to inform you to make all necessary arrangement of kit require for the new outdoor game that am planning for coming Sunday. Yesterday, my old school mate came to me and informed me about cricket that he is playing now a days, infact he is planning to make cricket as a prfofessional carrier in future. Formally, it require two teams with 11 players in each team however, minimum two player can also play this game. I feel this is the best apportunity for us to try the same. On Sunday, first we will start with the practice session. This will only require two players and small space, your car parking do the job however, for professinal match we need large area to play this game, the ground next to your house suit best where we have have plenty of space to set up the field. To enjoy the game most, we require two teams. just inform all your club mates who are interested in this game can also join us on Sunday. In case, we will not have 22 players, we will ask kids who are playing on the ground to join us. I am putting my 100% in the practice session to give my best on Sunday and hoping the same from you.
