I am writing this letter to express my dissatisfaction regarding the product that I had bought last week from your shop. It is a LG company oven.
The main issue with this oven is its time control and power button is not working properly. Moreover, when I purchased the oven that time salesperson told me that this is brand new and working good. But when I opened it, then instructions booklet was not inside. Therefore, I do not know how to fix it and how to start it.
When this all happened then I called up your company. The customer service member had given some instructions and tips to start the oven. In addition, they told me how to assemble it. I tried everything but still it is not working. Then, I called again at your store but nobody respond nicely.
It would be grateful if you could replace or fix it. Furthermore, at the purchase time customers service team said that it has 2 years warranty. So, please try to solve my problem.
