I am a regular customer of smart phones from your company. I am writing this letter
to bring your attention recent unprofessional activities from your company representatives.
I am an admirer of the highly trendy technologies that your products offer. Hence,
I bought your new smart phone GG Pro series as soon as it was relaeased earlier
this month. My exciting experience with this new phone didn't last long as its most
valued feature of voice activation started showing faults. No sooner had I bought the
mobile, I installed the feature and had my voice activate the phone. On the contrary,
in couple of days the system no longer detected my voice and locked the phone. Without
delay I reported the issue with one of your company representative and left my new
device at the nearest collection centre. The representative promissed me that the issue
will be fixed with in 2 working days but to my surprise it hasn't been fixed in a week.
I contacted your representative but he informed me about huge volume of customers who
were waiting for their issues to be resolved.
Hence, I would like you to be aware of the delays that your customers are facing and
dedicate resources to resolve customer issues on timely manner.
