I am a resident of Apex society nearby to your Chawla restaurant. Yesterday I came to your restaurant for dinner and I ordered a Chinese Platter. Unfortunately, the food was not up to the mark. It was cold, tasteless, and stale.
It was not the first time I faced this issue at your restaurant. The staff you have hired is not taking his responsibility properly. I saw a lot of conflicts between them and things are not streamlined.
So they don't have any care about the image of the restaurant even a few of them are rude.
I come to this restaurant more often but never faced these kinds of problems. It seems to me that new staff
is not properly trained and they are not professional regarding their job and duties. On behalf of this letter
I just want to share the suggestion regarding some strict actions against them and some processes that need to be
streamlined
