Dear Sebastian, we had some power issued two weeks ago so, we called an electrician to fix that problem. An electrician uses the equipment which was too noisy, that's why you were disturbed and he doesn't have any other equipment which can be silent. Actually, I choose the afternoon time between 10 to 4 when everyone at work so no one disturbed but, I didn't know that at that time you were at home. so, I am so sorry for the inconvenience. Because of us, you have trouble. Because of this inconvenience, I can give you some money as compensation and we will meet today or tomorrow evening if it's suitable for you. so, we can discuss what time are you not at home so, we can work at that time. when you are not at home may be in the afternoon time.
