You have bought a mobile phone in a duty free shop just a few days ago and it doesn't work properly. Write a letter to the manager to complain about it and ask him/ her to solve the problem.

Dear Sir, My Name is Erastus Jones, a regular client in your prestiguous firm. I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction as regards an item of gadgets purchased in your store recently. Last monday dated 18th December 2021, l purchased a techno 5 pop phone from your store and was very excited to receive the order but later discovered that the phone features are not functioning effectively as advertised. I am hoping that it is a manufacturing flaw and that you will replace it. In Relation to the specifics of the phone, it is an android techno 5 pop with great features but the camera is malfuctioning and also there is connectivity problem to the internet and as a result as disrupt my activities including my assignment and project work. As a solution, l will suggest that a similar phone of same features be returned back to my address within the stipulated time frame or a refund be paid immediately to my account with five business working days and if l don't hear back from you within some time, l will be forced to contact paypal or any other higher authority.
