We hope you are well. Yesterday I was checking on the website complain history of the pharmaceutical company. However, I had come one issue of one employee who misbehaved with his manager. Earlier that branch manger has mailed me which could not see me because of busy. After that, he sent a letter me by a human. In letter, the manager wrote that Ali is not so good in the firm and when the manager told him to do work, he was misconducted with his supervisor. First of all, Ali should apologise with his administrator in order to require a warning. In addition, this person should obey according to rules as other employees will annoy to managers during work too. Furthermore, if you do this next time, I will fire you from the industry. As well as, you will have to huge penalty by the company and will not be obtained remuneration. Whereas, I intend to give one piece of advice Ali. If his behaviour is apparent outstanding in the organization then I will provide him immensely offers. These days, he is doing work in the company as a clerk after good conduct he will do work in the manager seat. Encouraging others is a best way to obtain good job.
