Dear Sohana, I hope you are well. Today, I am writing you to say sorry for the damage to the coat that you lent me for my presentation. Let me explain how it got damaged. After finishing my presentation, I was talking to my boss, and then he offered me a cup of coffee. While I was drinking the coffee, he showed me a video resource for my next presentation on his smartphone. Unfortunately, his smartphone slipped from his hand, and my coffee cup was shaken by his hand. It happened accidentally that the coffee spilled on the coat, and the coat got a stain. I sent the coat to a laundry for dry wash and asked about the stain removal facility. They assured me that they would try to remove it through a chemical. I hope the stain is removed totally.
