Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing this letter to complain about the unbearable noise coming from your campus restaurant from last two weeks.  

Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing this letter to complain about the unbearable noise coming from your campus restaurant from last two weeks. we moved here 3 months ago and had never experience such as loud noise of music, shouting and maniacal laugh in the middle of night when eveyone was either sleeping or studying quietly. This has been creating a huge problem in my whole house. My dog is behaving oddly and has lost its appetite. Moreover, it is very hard to have conversation with my parents during dinner time because the sound was too lound that I can not focus on what they are saying. It destroys my mental peace as dinner is only time when all my family member eat together and share their feelings and thoughts. It is humbly requested to alleviate the problems by purposing strict rules to close restaurant after 8: 00 in the evening. The university should give punishment to those students who are not mainitaining discipline in the premises and should be given clear warning to leave the institution if they are breaking the rules.
