Dear Mr. Ronch, I am writing to you regarding our new neighbours that moved here in apartment 2b two weeks ago. Unfortunately, the new neighbours are causing too much disturbance around the neighbourhood as they are throwing parties several times a week with loud music and big crowds gathering outside the apartment. Due to the parties being held in that apartment, it causes to much worry from other residents as we are experiencing COVID pandemic right now. Hence, their guests are not practicing social distancing neither wearing masks outside the apartment. In addition, holding parties at this time is totally not advisable and it is against the law as they are inviting more than 5 guests in their residence. Also, I have a new born baby and the loud noise beside our apartment is not helping him to sleep soundly at night. We would like to ask for your help to give notice to our new neighbours to be more considerate to other residents. And if possible, kindly reprimand or penalize them for going against the rules in this time of pandemic. We are looking forward to your kind resolution.
