Dear Mr. and Mrs. Austria, I am writing this letter to inform you that we are affecting with the loud sounds namely; drilling, hammering, and noise of the workers. We tried to tolerate, however, it is 5 days for now we are suffering in annoying unnecessary sound until late night in the evening. In addition to this, my two children are doing online class. Indeed, they can't focus in their studies. Furthermore, I have a two year old baby.
On the other hand, already discussed to you previous day verbally. Kindly finish your working hours at 5: 00 in the afternoon. Despite of disturbing sound pollutions we will try to understand your situation that you need to accomplish your project. Likewise, pay attention to our concerns. Otherwise we will take action to report to the Real State Management.
