Dear Mrs. Smith,
I am writing to inform you that I will not be able to continue with my ACCA courses as of now. Being February, we know this is the season for tax filing and financial year end reports audits. This period tends to be the busiest few months of the year.
Being an external auditor myself, I have many clients to visit and ensure the true and fair presentation of their financials. Hence, this calls for long hours day-in and day-out; 105 hours/week gives me no mental capacity to focus on the syllabus of the course.
The busy season comes to a close around April-May. Thereafter, from the beginning of June I should be relatively free and be in a better, more relaxed mental space. I would like to continue the course from June and prepare intensively for the September Examination Session of the ACCA course.
I hope this is acceptable. If not, let us find a work-around.
Yours Sincerely,
Keisha James
