Your neighbours have recently written to you to complain about the noise from your house/ flat. Write a letter to your neighbours. In your letter explain the reasons for the noise apologise describe what action you will take

Dear Mr. Gupta I am writting this letter in regards to your complain about the noise from my house. I have examined the situation properly and found that the prime suspects are tenents from 2nd floor. There are bunch of teenage friends who moved in last month. After getting your complaint I personally went to them for a talk. Then i came to know that they were celebrating the birthday party of one of their friend and increased the volume of the sound system. I already gave them a written warning about what they did and explained them the rules of this society which include strict actions against violators. I strongly condemn their actions and insure that this will not happen again. I can understand that thier noise bothered you a lot. I apologise on their behalf and i already told them to verbly apologise to you for their actions. As a head chairman of this society, i will arrange a meeting next week to discuss this matter, so that it won't happen again. Thank you bring this issue. Your sincerely manpreet
