Dear Francis, First of all, I would to apologies for the disturbance we have cause last Sunday. We have never thought that the noise we made during our party has cause disturbance to our neighbors. As much as possible we have tried to keep our noise to a minimum but since most of us was already drunk that night, we have forgotten to consider people who are taking rest during that time. This was also my birthday celebration and the first time after five years that our family are all physically present in one event. Me and my whole family feel embarrassed on the inconvenience we have made from you and the rest of the neighbors. Rest assured that this will never be happen. As agreed with the officers of homeowner's that any parties will happen in the future, will try to keep our volume on or before 8: 00pm or try to rent a function hall if in case.
