Dear Mrs. Jene, Iam writing to inform you about temporarily discontinuing the part-time evening course that Iam currently persuing with the institute. I currently hold a full-time job at a software company. Though my job demands that I occsaionally extend the hours, I did sign-up for the evening course assuming I could juggle a bit. However, there is a change of situation on the workfront and I need to honour it. My current project is expecting me to travel overseas for a period of three months to be at the customer location. Hence, though I was extremely keen on completing the course in time but it turned out otherwise. However, I would be interested in continuining the course from the point where I left off upon my return.
