Dear Mr and Mrs Wilkins, I am writing this in response to the complaint I received from you regarding the noise you are hearing during the day from my place. All that noise you hear is due to the construction for the expansion of our house. We are adding another room upstairs in our villa for the guests that might visit us in the future. We needed this alot as our previous guest room is transformed to a study room for my teenage son and we did not have any space for the visitors that might come. I am extremely apologetic if you hear any noise caused by the construction workers as they use hammers and drills every now and then. I have requested their supervisor to finish all the noisy work in their wokshop and only assembling should be done at my place which would not cause any disturbance to the people living closeby.
