Dear Sir, I, Swati am currently studying a part time course of Business Communications at your institute. I started with this course in the month of September. The reason as to why I had enrolled into this course was because being a Management graduate I wanted to enhance my Business Communication skills. I currently work as an Assistant Sales Manager. My job requires me to travel extensively and with the erratic timings, I have not been able to get to get the time to attend the classes plus do the required assignments. I tried very hard to manage with my job but was not able to. It affected both my health and job. As, I have paid the fees in full, I would like to request if I could start this course at a later date. Kindly let me know what will be the procedure for this to happen. If there is any other option that you have in mind i would love to know your suggestion. Looking forward to your cooperation. Yours Sincerely, Swati
