Dear Sara, My name is Jon and I am one of your evening class student in the part-time course. I am writing this letter to inform you that I would not be able to continue my course due to some financial reason explained below. As you are aware that I am working full time as a personal support worker in an old aged home. Since the COVID outbreak has been announced, a notice has been issued by my employer that all the personal support workers will not be allowed to go back home until further instruction comes from the government. As the disease is highly contagious to protect the spread of this virus at my workplace, we have been ordered to stay because the majority of inhabitants at old age homes are suffering from long term diseases like blood pressure and diabetes, which makes them more prone to catch the virus and cause severe health issues. Because I will be staying there, it will not be possible for me to study there as I will not get that atmosphere.
