Dear Mr Peter, I am writing this letter to inform you that i won't be able to continue my evening course from tomorrow onwards. Let me describe my situation; i have been working as a consultant in a company for past 1. 5 years. During this tenure, the work shift was morning i. e. 9-6pm. As such, i was able to attend the 2 hours Spanish course which commenced at 7pm everyday. Now, suddenly, my scheduled work hours changed to 12-9pm.
