Dear Sir, I am penning down this letter to inform you that I am interested to join the educational trip organised for the school students to NASA. My child studies in the sixth grade in your school, his name is Anhad. He is also going on this trip, but, he has asthma and his doctor suggested that he should be accompanied by one of the family members. So it would be easier for me to look after him. Moreover, I have also visited NASA few years back during my college tour, therefore, I am much aware about the Research centre as well as other nearby places. I would like to know what we need to bring with us and the total cost of the trip including supplementary charges. I would be delighted if I would get the opportunity to become a part of this trip.
