Daer Sir/Madam, I am writing to you, to inform you that i won't be able to continue my MBA part time evening course at present. As informed to you earlier, i am a full time working professional and my job timings are 9 am to 6pm and i use to attend evening classes at 7 pm. But at present, my assistant has resigned from the job and i will have to spend some extra hours daily to cope up with data entry works. And this makes my job timings from 9am to 8pm. Until i find a replacement for my assistant it is not possible for me to continue with my studies. And as my financial condition is not that good, i cant leave my job and focus completely on studies. I would like to request you to give me permission to continue my course at a later date. I do not want to leave my course has i have soend 1. 5 years and if i quit i have to start all over again. It would be very helpful if you allow me to do so. Awaiting a positive response. Yours faithfully Ankita Parekh,
