Dear Mr. Smith, I would like to inform you that I will not be able to continue with the course. As you know that I have been working full time with a private firm. From the last few days, I am not able to get proper sleep and hence my output at work is getting affected. I wanted to inform you that I won't be able to continue the course. I have given this a lot of thought and I have arrived at this decision after a lot of speculation. One fine day my boss saw me sleeping at my desk. It was a very embarrassing situation. However, I understand the importance of this course in my life. I love the science class and my future depends on it.
