Dear Mr. Smith, I am Jyoti Dahiya live in flat 21, north road, highway. I am living with my family in one of your rented flat from last 5 months. I am here to tell you my dissatisfaction regarding the condition of certain of the furniture. I am having issue with one of the chair of dinning table as leg to that chair is broken from the starting only. Another thing is bed, it creates so much noise when ever any one move while siting or laying on that. Due to that some time we were not able to sleep. Finally, one of handles out of five of the dressing table is broken. I had analyses the total cost required to there replacement and mentenance would be approx $180. Now it is totaly up to you whether you want to compensate or you be send some one to do these work. But I request you to take the action as really as possible because that is urgent.
