Dear Sir I am one of the employees of your office. I am incribing this epistle to let you know that the problem the staff is facing because of the lack of a cafeteria. I want to request you to set up a cafeteria in this office. As you know, i currently join this job and i heard from my co workers that they don't have any adequate space during the lunch break. Sometimes they don't have enough time to prepare their meal at home and they have to leave without food for the office and in the office they have no canteen, where they can buy their refreshments. I also face this problem from last three days. There should be extra space for canteen facilities. I find it very difficult to do lunch in the office cabin. I think it is very in convenient as cafeteria is indispensable part of every organisation. I request you to set up a cafeteria in the company, so thateveryone can enjoy their lunch and purchase their meals and snacks.
