Dear Sir, I hope this letter find you in the best of health and spirits. As you know I am one of your student in the part time course you teach and this is in regard to my continuation in your course. I will not be able to continue the course to its full completion due to my commitment towards my full-time job. At the time of joining I believed that I will be able to simultaneously work and study, but due to some unseen circumstances I will have to quit my course as I have been giving the oppurtunity to broaden my horizons in the current profession, maybe in the future I will be able to complete my course.
