Dear Sir or Madam, My name is Doan Trang and I am one of your frequent customer. My address is 86/81, District 1, Bien Hoa city. Last week, i had bought a Sony TV at your stire. However, when I switched it on, I found that it couldbnot connect with my Wifi although my phone could. In addition, sound button of remote did not work. I have phoned for customer service several times but I did not get any responses. Therefore, I am writing to report about this problem. When I purchased this TV, it was my understanding that if it has any problems, your store will take a recharge for me with the condition that the TV is still untouch. It was given for me two days ago and I guarantee it was new and not spoiled anything except the things I had mentioned. Now I just want to get a refund back.
