I am writing to complain about the clothes I purchased from your website. I had felt completely disappointed when I received the package.
To precede, I ordered three dresses and some other accessories for my friends and me from your website two weeks ago. Although you stated that the items would be sent to me within a few days, I had to wait until yesterday to get mine. Nonetheless, the transport fee is costly.
Moreover, the dresses are different from what you advertise. You took a picture of a lovely pale blue sundress. However, I got the one with the same pattern but in dark green. The situation is similar to the two other dresses.
Finally, it appears that you did not pack well because all the items in the box are messed up even though you claim that the package will be delivered to us in as good a condition as feasible.
I want to be given a refund or replaced the better products. I hope we can sort this matter out amicably.
