Dear sir, I am writing to express my dissatisfaction towards the procedure practiced by the garbadge collection agency to collect rubbish in our locality as it is causing alot of unnecessary nusence. The quality of service provided is not upto the mark along with that the timing at which they performs their job is also unpleasent. let me explain the situation, the slots alloted to our society for garbadge collection are mondays and tusdays every week. The timing choosen by the cleaning agency is between 8: 30 am to 9: 30 am, considering these timing as the rush hours for the working class there is a problem of jams and unconvenience at the locals, as there is only a one way road for the in and out from the society. The other conern is the qualty of service provided to us, the cleaning workers do not clean the area properly after they leaves alongwith that most of the time they leaves some portion of junk behind arguing lack of space. I would be most greatful if you could change the timings to early mornings so that precious time can be saved, also if possible please grant us one extra day in a month so those heavy waste can be removed.
