Dear Sir, I received your letter before a week in which it was mentioned that the course that I applied is full. I am John Smith who had applied to get admission in your college for a bachelor degree in computer science. But, it was written that admission in this field is not available in the fall semester in your letter. In addition, this course was chosen by me as nowadays technology is proliferating at a startling pace across the globe, and computers are utilized in all job sectors. As a result, in-depth knowledge of computer is essential to achieve a well-paid job in this competitive era. In addition, you suggested me for a bachelor degree in management as an alternative course. But, I have studied a diploma in information and technology which is a perfect match with a bachelor degree in computer science. Therefore, I want to advance my career only in the computer field due to it will open the door of several lucrative jobs for me. Then, why will I take education of management? Since you replied that this course has already been filled, and your college has two intakes such as spring and fall, I would prefer to wait and apply again for the fall semester after 3-4 months. I look forward to hearing from you so that I can plan accordingly. Yours faithfully, John Smith
