Dear Mr Koto, My name is Ankur Malhotra and I recently joined your membership program at the Gym located at 781 Bovaird drive west. I have been exercising in gyms from past 5 years and during this time I had been to number of gyms. Since I move to new location which is close to this place so I thought of worth trying your gym. While exercising there, I noticed that most of the gym members dosen't pay attention towards the cleanliness of the equipment and machines they are using. After completing thier exercise they just left the machines sweaty and it's very difficult for the next person to use that machine. Moreover, in changing rooms, I noticed that most of the people throw thier dirty towels on the benches which are meant for sitting and relaxing which is very unethical. I tried to talk to the trainers of the gym regarding this issue but there is no improvement so far. So, I request you to kindly look after this matter and take some steps towards the people who are responsible for these activities. I hope you will take this concern seriously and I can see more cleanliness in near future else I will start looking for a new gym in this area. Thanks & Regards, Ankur
