Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing this letter to bring your immediate attention towards some serious concerns that I have observed in the cafeteria and a few suggestions on how to overcome these problems.
I would like to start by appreciating the cafeteria vendor. When it comes to food, whole college loves the dishes that are cooked in the cafeteria. What makes it more beautiful is the fact that there are variety of different dishes everyday and so far I have never experienced an unpleasant dish.
There goes a saying that - "A dish gets more tastier when the ambience around is wonderful". With the growing number of students, spacing becomes a serious issue. The current cafeteria space can maximum afford upto 50 people at once but with the growing courses offered by our university, you will normally find 100-120 people in cafeteria at once. I've seen students standing and eating their meal outside of the cafeteria which is not generally a good sign.
My humble request to the university is to start thinking around shifting cafeteria to a bigger space or make provision for one more similar space for the same so that every student can enjoy their meal peacefully.
I look forward to your favourable response.
