Dear Nishad, I am Jaymar one of your tenant who currently living in flat 5 room number 8, we moved into your accommodation last December 12, 2020, along with my family. In this regard, I would like to inform you regarding some of the furniture in the accommodation that was not in proper condition. The refrigerator is not cooling properly, the temperature of the food inside in it was not reaching the required safe food safety standard of chilled products, also there is a leak in the bottom on it that cause unnecessary water near the unit. In addition to this, kind to inform that the air conditioner needs to have a detailed cleaning because it blows some dust coming from it. I would like to request a replacement of the refrigerator so we can assure that we will not waste our food due to its condition. also please make sure to send your maintenance to detailed clean the air conditioner to avoid severe damage that might cause due to its current condition.
