You recently bought a piece of equipment for your kitchen but it did not work. You phoned the shop but no action was taken. Write a letter to the shop manager. In your letter . Dear Sir, I am writing this letter concerning the kettle I bought for my kitchen that did not work. I phoned the shop no action was taken on it. The kettle isnot bringing light as it surposed to be. The kettle is not boiling the water puts in it. When I on it from the switch that I plugged it on, it dose not put up light from the plug. When I phoned the shop, a lady picked the call and asked me what is wrong with the kettle. I told her that is not bringing light when I plug it and is not boiling the water that I put inside of it to boil. Also, I told her that the switch does not bring on light. She told me she will get back to me but i did not hear from her concerning it. I will like the manager to please look into it for me by changing it. Also, in will like the manager to always make sure that any equipment that is been bought in the shop should be tested before given it to customers. Thanks for your understanding.
