Dear Sir or Madam, My name is Tahjib, a student of Evenning-MBA (Part-time) course of your esteemed University. I am writing to let you know that i am unable to continue the course for upcoming semester due to some unavoidable circumstances. Let me explain my situtation. I have recently joined in Power Grid company a Assistant Manager on full time basis. Now, my one-year trainee period has been ongoing. Furthermore, my six month foundation training will be started from next week in the training academy of the institution where all trainee must avail the temorary residence facility. As i am going through a long tiring on-job trainee period, It is make my situation more complex as i have to attend in a residence training course. I can not take the pressure anymore and handle my stress situation. So that i decided to discontinue my ongoing course for atleast for six months. Can you please permit me a semester gap? i will be greatful to you if you give me a six months break.
