Dear Mr. Gupta Hi, hope you are doing good? I am drafting this letter to inform about the rented apartment and the facilities included. I am quite happy with the place but there are some minor issues that I would like to discuss with you. Firstly, I am impressed with the generous size of this suite as it meets my expectations. Moreover, the patio included on the backside is like cherry on the cake, as I love to spend time sitting and seeing the nature. Also, small dining space included with the kitchen is well maintained and the house is cleaned properly. Apart from this, there are some small issues that need to be taken in attention as soon as possible. There is a pipe leakage in the cooking area (near the sink) which could lead to severe hazard. In addition, the window in the bedroom is broken that can lead to some security problem. So, I would like to request you that please take some urgent steps in resolving these issues. I think, these small things if taken in regard will make a prestigious stay at this place. If I am out of the house; I could leave my things protected with any stress at my place. It will not only help me, but also will lead to extra life of the unit making it more secure and a safe place to live in.
