Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing this letter to you about dissatisfaction with your bus service. I frequently travel with your tour agency having a good travel experience but this time I had a bad experience with your company.
This time I was traveling with your bus no. MH 01 2518 onboarding ticket no. AWZXC from Mumbai to Ahmedabad on 13th January 2020. While traveling your bus on the said route I faced several problems. I was neither given a water bottle nor blanket during the whole journey.
Because of the non-provision of the water bottle, I was not able to quench my thirst. Moreover, I was not able to sleep well on account of the non-supply of the blanket by your employees. I felt totally devastated during the itinerary which made me make a complaint about it to you.
I have some suggestions for improving the quality of your services which may not cause any dissatisfaction with your customers including me in the future. First of all, I suggest you train your staff for the best customer service in the travel industry and secondly, I request you to advice your employees to put all the necessary items on the seat of the traveler in advance so that they don’t have to ask for those things during the journey.
