I took the camera to Barcelona and when I opened it, I recognized that some parts are missing. I am truly disappointed in your brand, in contrast of advertisements, I regret purchasing this model. It is professional camera with 10x optical zoom, its color is black with white line on the back. Now that I am in Barcelona I contacted the company, and they replied all the needed services are available at your store. Naturally, I expect you to co-operate fully with me. I will bring the camera to your store tomorrow and I believe there are two possible ways to overcome this difficulty, the first one is to get the problematic one and give me a new camera, this time I will definitely check the box first, the second option which is more acceptable for both of us, is to provide the missing parts for me, so I can use the camera properly.
