I will bring the camera to your store tomorrow and I believe there are two possible ways to overcome this difficulty, the first one is to get the problematic one and give me a new camera, this time I will definitely check the box first, the second option which is more acceptable for both of us, is to provide the missing parts for me, so I can use the camera properly.
