Dear Mr Smith, I am writing it to request you to switch my full-time job to part-time due to I have recently been nurturing my newborn boy. Therefore, I would not get an adequate spell to spend all day working as I am feeding to him. I can complete my duties in half of the day. However, as a mother, the four to five hours per day suits me best and I can work for fives days a week. Although It would not go so long, I exclusively required six months of a part-time job, after that, I will be available for all hours and flexible days. In the absence of my position, I have talked to Ms Richa about all responsibilities including my key role. She will be available to complete the tasks for rest of the day. For any emergency task, my cellphone will always on to answers. I would be grateful to receive a beneficial response from your side. Yours Sincerely,
