Dear Sir, I am writing letter this to complain about the quality of food at your restaurant. Myself and my family reserved a table at your restaurant last week on the occasion of my son's birthday. To be honest, I was completely disappointed with the service and quality of the food. To begin with, There was not much crowd in the restaurant but still I was made to wait for more than 30 minutes to get my ordered food. Food was extremely spicy as well even though I mentioned the attender that it has to be less spicy. We couldn't eat the food beyond a point. The waiter was also not polite when we complaint about it. He was very rude and doesn't bother to listen to my concerns. I am completely unsatisfied with your restaurant. Though the restaurant had good reputation in the beginning, It seems like it is deteriorating slowly.
