Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing in this regard that in the last week at lunch time a meeting was arranged in your hotel in which, around fifty foreign participants attended the event. Although the hotel arrangements and hospitalities were satisfactory but, in their feedback they were not satisfied with the food that was served. Indeed there is no doubt the guests of the meeting liked the hotel infrastructure and facilities such as extra house-keeping staff, rousing welcome and cultural statues at the dinning area and reception. However, they were discontented with the food as some of the cusines were served in cold-state and some were not taste fresh. I would like to suggest you that kindly consider these issues as this may later can be become a severe problem for the hotel's reputation.
