Dear Sir, I am writing this letter to apologise for some damages that I accidentally caused in the kitchen, and to request you to get them fixed as soon as possible. I am sandy, my apartment number is 1123, window town. I came in this apartment last week from India. I was not aware of the smoke alarm system, and I started making paratha which is an Indian flatbread. When I was trying smoking was coming out then fire alarm started beeping and would not stop. In that situation, I was in panic I tried to remove it, and it's screw broken and it fell down on the floor. As I am mindful that without smoke alarm to use of kitchen is risky. I want to tell you that damages are not major, but need immediate attention. It would be very kind of you if you could get this issue, caused by me, fixed early. I will be very grateful to you.
